The most challenging task so many of my clients have is knowing when they are experiencing hunger and fullness.
In this one hour session, I’ll take you through the the path of emotional over eating as well as what the brain experiences when we eat past full.
You’ll also learn about the 3 top food triggers that keep you from stopping eating when you are full.
Isn’t it time to stop fighting your weight and finding your way?
The session will also include a Q&A time. If you can’t make the class be sure to send your questions to me ahead of time and I’ll answer them on the call.

Meet Jill
Jill Davis spent the majority of her adult life morbidly obese. She lost 135 pounds and along the way regained her identity. Through her own journey, research, and working with thousands of women in transition, Jill discovered that the move from body shaming to body acceptance is only possible when we shed the belief that we are intrinsically good or bad based on the foods we eat and instead trust our bodies to tell us what they need.
When we embrace ourselves, we can explore the possibilities of who we can become and discover the best in ourselves.
Through workshops, keynote speaking, and one-on-one coaching, Jill helps others to quit fighting their weight and start finding their way. Jill is honored to have been invited to share her presentation “You Are Not Your Diet Brain” at TEDx Colorado Springs.

About the Book, Food for the Journey
Many of us have spent years or decades overweight and have lost hope. We’ve learned that diets not only don’t work, they set us up to fail. But what is the alternative? I didn’t know until I learned to use food as nutrition, not as a way to stuff my emotions. I realized that food is not good or bad; it doesn’t have morality and I am not good or bad morally based on the foods I eat.
After losing 135 pounds and keeping it off for many years, I discovered how to offer unconditional love to my body and myself. I want that for you,
This book will help you move past yo-yo diets and learn to trust your body, to eat when you are hungry, and stop when you are full. You will learn to trust your body and rely on your intuition to guide you. You will move from food obsession and learn to relax around eating and food as you rebuild your self-esteem. Most importantly you will learn that it is you who matters, not the numbers on the scale. Move into your soul size, embrace the journey, and truly fall in love with your body and your life as you meld your body, mind, and soul and become the Brave, Beautiful You that you are.
